If you spend any amount of time in high heels, you need to read the post written by Matt Whitehead from our Portland clinic titled, “ The Dangers of High Heels .” It gives some great information about just how damaging high heels can be. One of the local Portland news stations was doing a piece on the same topic, and as a result of his article, contacted the clinic to get their take on the issue.
