have pulsing dull and hurting pain in back of both thighs, causes weakness

started about three days ago... present whether sitting or standing...

painful but not unbearable...extends from buttocks to upper thighs...

it does hurt... just not a severe sharp pain... more dull but definitely there...

on a regular pulsation...
