i went to a game this sunday passed, well we sat there on the bleachers for 6 hours and out of the 6 hours we had to cheer our kids on. and so i was stomping super hard and yelling. well when i went to get up it felt like a muscle was pulled in my groin area. now it only hurts when i first stand up and get ready to walk, then it goes away as if there is nothing wrong. when im setting on soft surfaces its ok. but when i set on a hard surface and stand thats when i feel it. this does not hurt every single time i stand just sometimes. does hurt at all once i start walking around. can anyone give me some input on this.
