It hurts so bad that I have to grab the toes and squeeze them, there are no warning signs when it happens. It wakes me up at night and will stop me dead in my tracks... I had spinal decompression on my lumbar and sacrum last year. The pain started after that. Is there any corrilaition. Could it be nerve damage, or pinched nerves.????
