I have pain in my hand wrist and arm up to my elbow and swelling in my hand and arm. It is hard for me to make a fist and in the mornings can hardly hold my brush. I also have trouble sleeping and feel the need to shake my hands. The right hand is much worse than the left. All articles I have read show that carpal tunnel is gradual and my just came out of nowhere, or could it be that the symptoms were just not that noticable to begin with?
