By your line of questioning, it appears that you're asking if taking/increasing testosterone will aggravate your chronically inflamed pancreas. My understanding is that this hormone/medicine shouldn't make a difference since it is broken down in the liver. With that said, oral forms of testosterone are more difficult on the liver than transdermal or injectable forms. In a quick review of the literature, I did find some studies concluding that testosterone levels are low in those patients w/pancreatic cancer but that's a totatlly different disease/condition than pancreatitis.
