chronic pain in left clavicle

I have severe pain that comes and goes now for over 4 years in the front mid part of my left clavicle. The left side of neck and left shoulder and top of left breast feel pain. My left arm feels very weak. I am 38 and do cardio 45 min. to an hour 6 days a week and do 60 push-ups most days of the week.
