Chronic left flank pain, 3.1 RBC Dr. have no idea whats wrong.

I have had MRI, CT, ultra sounds and colonoscopy and nothing has been found. I have chronic pain in my left flank. If you put hand on hip move up until you hit bottem of ribs... Thant is where the pain is. Dr. can not figure it out. Any new ideas would be great.
