Can five abdominal surgeries (C Sections, appendectomy, full hysterectomy) cause groin pain?

I have almost constant groin pain, worse on left, but also on right (even following a hip replacement).  Can all of my abdominal surgeries cause adhesions that could cause this groin pain?  It severely limits my mobility.
