I'm going to go out on a limb since you didn't finish your question and assume that both forearms have been bothering you since a "deep tissue massage".  It's possible that you might have sustained a spinal cord injury such that something is irritating your cervical nerve roots or the brachial plexus (maze of nerve roots).  Or you may have sustained bilateral injuries to both arms closer to the area of complaint.  In either case, it's best that you get evaluated immediately by your family physician who will probably order a simple xray first (insurance rules) followed by an MRI of your neck.  Hope this helps!  Good luck!
