belly pain

I have bouts of severe abdominal pain with fluid filled bowel loops,very tender abdoman,starts as a little diarriah and then bowels don`t work for as long as I have attacks which can be for days and then when they start working again I have a little diarriah and then they are normal until the next attack.When they get really bad I have nausea and vomiting.The pain requirers demiral shots.If I try to eat the pain gets worse.On CT scan I have prominate loops of bowel or swollen loops of bowel.Had mesinteric fat stranding with inflammation once.I have had partialy obstructed bowels before.I also have enlarged mesinteric nodes.I am always told by the doctors that everything is normal.It is not normal and I suffer greatly and I can`t get anybody to help me.I do have adhesions.Please what can I do and what do you think is wrong?I am getting worse with more and more attacks and closer together.Please respond.
