After hysterectomy, I have suffered continuous pain in my left calf. Has led to numbness/pain/tingling in all extremities.

Pain, tingling, numbness has spread to both feet/toes, left hip, left forearm, and both hands. Pain has also spread to lower back. All symptoms are worse on the left side, and at night in any position. As soon as I lie down, my arms and hands start tingling and then go numb. Withing 20 minutes of a workout, my two left, smallest toes will go numb, followed by my two right smallest. This has been going on for 3+ years. Also, when I press on my hysterectomy scar, the pain disappears until I remove my hand.
