abdominal adhesions

I have chronic bowel obstrutions and particle bowel obstructions because of abdominal adhesions. I was just wondering if any has heard of a new treatment for them. I have had 18 surgeries on my abdomin already. I also suffer from chronic abdominal pain do to all the adhesion in my abdomin. So if you have any suggestions for me I would much appreciate it.
