So, trying to find a pre made weight loss plan that doesn't include gluten in impossible. Oh, I shouldn't say that. I could go on Atkins or Phase 1 South Beach, but that just doesn't do it for me. I've tried actually and they just hurt. Yes, they literally hurt. My husband really believes in SB. I think it's awful. No fruit? even for 2 weeks, oh, no, that just isn't right. There just aren't enough vitamins. But more than that, I'm starving all the time, I eat myself silly. I gain weight on the first phase when you are supposed to loose so much. No, not for me.
So what's a girl to do. I've tried calorie counting. And I've just stayed the same. But I'll probably go back to this. At least I feel like I'm doing the right thing. I eat more veggies, more fruits, almost no saturated fats, more good fats..you know all that stuff. I pay attention to what is going in my mouth. So why is it that I ate scrambled eggs with cheese this morning? And not low fat cheese either. We went out to eat, and this was about all I thought I could safely eat, when it came I thought, humm like much egg with my cheese? So I guess my lunch should be pretty light huh?
Right now my hubby is back on SB phase 1, what the heck is for dinner?
