I'm going to Charlotte in a couple of weeks and just went to the Gluten Free City Guide and clicked on N.C. then went to Charlotte, their Gluten Free Support Group has a list of restaurants with gluten free menus....just what I was looking for! So in just a couple of minutes I had what would normally take me hours of work!!
Zach has also started a few more blogs other than Gluten Free Raleigh, he also has a blog for Durham , Cary , and Chapel Hill . I'm very grateful for the Durham blog, and I'm grateful for the guest bloggers he has to help him out!
