The fashion exhibition at London’s Somerset House, that will show between 29th November 2012 and 3rd March 2013, will display over BCBG Max Azria Briana Short Pleated Dress by the Italian ‘Master of Couture’, whose designs have been worn by the likes of Jackie Kennedy Onassis, Grace Kelly, Sophia Loren and Gwyneth Paltrow.
Curator Alistair O’Neill invites visitors to reverse roles, as the first part of the exhibition guides them through a 60 metre long catwalk with the Valentino guised mannequins posing as the front row and audience. It will be an exciting and glamorous moment for fashion-conscious visitors and will no doubt draw attention to the visitors’ attire too. The clue is to wear an outfit that matches the sovereign theme of the showcasing, whilst maintaining a modern look that works well on the streets of London.
