I received my first free issue of Delight gluten free magizine. I was one of the lucky winners of a free one year subscription to the magazine and I'm so happy!!
The premiere issue is beautiful.
It has many articles I'm interested in especially being Gluten Free Meals on a Budget! (I'll probably feature one of these recipes on my blog soon)
At first glance I especially like the recipe index. They have 30 Gluten Free recipes listed, along with an index for Dairy, Nut, Egg, Soy, Rice, and coming soon Casien-Free Index. There were only 12 Dairy-Free recipes listed but there are 7 more you can make Dairy-Free with modifications.
The graphics and fonts and such don't seem to have it all together yet, but this is a premiere issue. I like the larger fonts, but I'm old and need bi-focals, but not all articles are printed in the same size fonts, the lack of cohesiveness seems odd to me. I'm sure as the magazine grows this will work itself out.
I haven't read the whole issue yet as I come across things I just have to share I will be sure to tell you all about it.
