Scary Grocery Delivery Person

Posted Apr 02 2009 10:53am

Dear Sir/Madam

I just received my second delivery with Coles Online.

With the first delivery, I had an excellent and friendly service, which convinced me to use this service regularly.

However, I had horrible experience with the delivery person today.

I wish he doesn’t do the delivery to me again. Otherwise, I do not wish to use the Coles Online again.

I didn’t ask for his name, but I hope you can find out who he is. He delivered to XXX around 5 pm.

He was rude, arrogant, and angry. He didn’t tell me who he was. He just stood there and stared at me. There was no smile. He really scared me.

He didn’t understand English, so I couldn’t communicate with him.

He had horrible smell as if he hadn’t had shower for ages.

The last delivery person carried everything to my kitchen with smile, and explained that was part of your service.

Today’s delivery person only brought items to the door and stood there and waited for me to take things in. Since I am sick, I cannot move fast and cannot carry many items at once. He was upset I was taking too much time carrying things. Before I picked the last items, he threw them at the floor and left.

It was really horrible experience and I am still upset. I really don’t want him to deliver again. Is there anyway I can be sure I won’t get him again?

Sincerely
