my specialist as recommended low dose naltrexone but i've got a fatty liver would you recommend it?

Low-dose naltrexone is the only treatment that has helped me significantly in the 8 yeard I;ve had CFS!  Not everyone with CFS can tolerate it, though - you should start with a very low dose and work up.

 

I don't know anything about fatty livers, but your doctor should be able to tell you whether it would be safe.  Anyone on LDN gets routine blood tests for liver function anyway.
