
I'm getting ready to do yoga and I have to eat something with carbs and looooooong acting protein before I exercise. I had some of the meatballs in my fridge that I
showed you how to make. So I whipped up some pasta while I was pan frying the meatballs, when they got hot I added some spinach and topped that with a little oil/vinegar
salad dressing when the spinach was wilted.
I threw a litte parmesan cheese on top and perfecto! for my pre-work out lunch. Now I gotta go do my yoga DVD.
Not a lot of veggies in this but there are jalapeno peppers, onions, garlic, and currants in the meatballs. I also ate 2 organic oranges right before lunch......I'll have a salad for dinner to get in more greens.
