Lowering your Blood Pressure

Posted Aug 26 2008 4:11pm 4 Comments
Hello,

Did you know that taking 15 minutes to breathe deeply just once a day can lower your blood pressure? This is true, according to the American Journal of Hypertension. So try this:

----Inhale deeply as you slowly raise your shoulders to your ears,

As you exhale, let your shoulders sink away from your ears,

Repeat this five times.

Add this to you daily regimen and by all means do it when you start feeling stressed out.

I hope and pray that this information has helped someone today.

Hello MouchKin,

Thank you for sharing information on Stress Monitor.

Agree on Stress Sweeper. It lowered my blood pressure in 40 days. Also recommend Stress Monitor. It's actually showing critical time of the day when you need to use Stress Sweeper.

Hello Lindafe,

Thanks for sharing that information.  I should have my husband take a look at the site you mentioned.  He has to take blood pressure medication.

This is true but not entirely. You have to breathe RIGHT to lower your blood pressure. I personally rely on Stress Sweeper of "Heart Wizard' ( http://www.healthreviser.com ) that trains how to breathe right to lower the blood pressure. It analyses your breathe and gives you a score that reflects how well you're doing.
