I know a teen who has trouble sleeping at night, she has never had this problem before and she has not had caffeine either which normally keeps her awake, what should I tell her to do so that she can sleep? Her body is exhausted and yet her mind is so awake preventing sleep from taking her until hours later. I'm sorry I'm not exactly sure which category this falls under.
