could a bleed on the right side of your brain cause damage to your heart since is is on the left side

I had a stroke which was a bleed on the right side of my brain.. 3 years ago..I am taking meds for break through seizures but it keeps getting worse not better. could the symptoms actually be something in my heart that was caused by the bleed/
