Sounds like it's time for a 2nd opinion.  Are you close to a medical school?  Some renown academic center?  At the very least, if your doc feels that you have Parkinson's disease, go see at least 2 neurologists for 2nd & 3rd opinions.  If you really do have Parkinson's, consider enrolling in clinical trials.  Or consider a deep brain stimulator.

I'm not sure I can explain (or understand) why your bone hurts or is numb.  Which bone is numb?  Which hurts?  This doesn't sound Parkinsonian to me (but then again, that's not my specialty).  Being nervous while complaining of headaches and no appetite aren't necesarily Parkinson's symptoms, either.

Regarding the neatness of your handwriting, very few people have neat handwriting.  What's more important is whether yours has changed for the worse over the years.  And whether your handwriting is getting smaller & smaller and more cramped, eg micrographia.  Speech shouldn't be a major issue, at least not early on, but certainly we note "masked facies" as in expressionless as a Parkinsonian symptom.

So you're eating ropinirole.  Can you tell a difference in your symptoms when you take vs when you don't?  Have you seen the list of possible side effects or adverse reactions?  Make sure you have the right diagnosis and need to take it since you might need to be on it for quite a while (lifetime?).  Good luck!
