A Native of Pearl, Mississippi, Dr. Toney graduated from in Dallas, Texas in 2006.  He also received two undergraduate degrees, B.S. in Human Anatomy and a B.S. in Health and Wellness.  Starting at the age of 18, he served 4 years active duty in the Air Force before joining the MS Air National Guard in Jackson, Mississippi where he still serves.  During his time activated in the Air National Guard, Dr. Toney earned the Air Force Commendation medal for his performance in...
