I'd like to be able to increase flexibility, up my endurance and lose about 10 - 15 lbs. I walk, usually 3-4 miles 5 days/week.  I have recently started jump rope and stretching out at home.  It's harder than I thought!  I can jump about 125-150 times without stopping, but then I have to take a breather.  I'm trying to do that at least once a day and I'll start increasing the length of time weekly.  I'm doing some very simple yoga at home too, but so far, the... Welcome to the walking community! Walking is the safest and cheapest of all the exercises. You have picked a great goal, what with its intensity and fundraising.
