Health and fitness has been a passion of mine for over 10 years now. Although I haven't always had the most 'healthy approach' to my eating and exercising habits (and having struggled with an eating disorder during my high school years) my focus in recent years has been to 'eat well and exercise regularly'. However on occasion I slip into a few 'old habits'- becoming pre-occupied with periodic binge eating and then restricting food in order to compensate and maintain...
