im a mixed martial artist from south wales, i enjoy exercise and traning in a variaty of martial arts which include ju-juitsu, Brazillian Jui-jitsu, karate, kickboxing, submission fighting, grapleing.  iv been training for 20 years.  i have three children and enjoy spending time with them.
