why would my son have low body temperature after a stomach flu with fever vomiting, and diaherea?

After approx 6 days of battling a stomach virus where he had a fever of 101 for a day, vomited one time, diahera all day one day, no appetite. now his body temp is 95-96 but his body feels warm and his hands are freezing. What could it be now?
