why am i having non stop head pains in different spots of my head for the past 4 days day and night.. not much sleep and a stuff

I have been having strange head pains in different parts of my head everyday non stop day and night for about 4 days now? Along with that I wake up about every 3 hours and have a runny nose/stuffy to. Sometimes i start to feel like im going to pass out, i get light headed and begin to fall but catch myself.. and the strage thing is my stuffy nose goes away when im in the pool, shower..etc. I am an 11 year old girl.. Please help me find out whats wrong with me..I am sick of this.
