she is 11 yrs old . has been getting the rash since she has been around six. It seems each year it gets worse. The last time she had the rash on her right arm from the middle of her arm to her hand. Was a purple red color swollen.she had it for about 4-5 weeks. very itchy and she said it burned. no one seems to have a answer . we need some help please.
