what is causing this tummy pain

My 4 yr old daughter is complaining of stomach pain for 4 days now , I've been to the doctor twice and yesterday ended up in AandE . They thought it was constipation and gave her a laxitive and sent her home .Last night again at 7pm she started screaming wit pain so went to A and E again they took urine and x-rays and again mothing turned up . They sent us home today and we are still none the wiser as to what is causing this pain that only gets worse at night time. I'm lost and just don't know what to do for my daughter who clearly is distressed, please help
