My 20 month old son has swollen lymph nodes behind both of his ears. The right side is largest, but he has no infection. He has never had an ear infection in his life. What could be causing this...he has had them for the last couple of months, and low grade fevers and looking flush all the time.His pediatrician has no idea why they are swollen and thinks its odd that both sides are swollen. Basically he doesn't have a clue and sent us home.
