My 16 month old boy has been diagnosed with e.coli infection for the 2nd time in 5 months. This time the pediatrician recommened a scan and the scan showed that both kidneys and spleen were enlarged. What are some of the causes? and what can I do to prevent this from happening again? He drinks lot of fluids and passes urine frequently
