What causes constant bad taste in mouth (not a metallic taste)& severe heartburn, sudden cramps & diahrea?

Constant bad taste, severe burning in chest, cramps & diahrea. Have had many tests, not acid reflux, no heartburn medication has had any effect including nexium double dosage
