my grand-daughter , age 3, has a raised rash-like hive on her back ( size of quarter in some places), chest and now buttocks. It really blossoms when she is cold. She also has pink eye at the moment and had RSV at birth. Her dad had this rash/hive a couple of years ago, but when he went to doctor he couldn't cause them to break out.
