My 15 month-old son has had red bumps on his tongue for the past three days. He can not eat. When he does he only eats a little bit and then he doesn't want anymore food. When he drinks out of his cup he only wants COLD things inside of his cup. He eats ice which I think helps sooth his tongue. He has lost 2 pounds since he has had these red bumps that seem to go from the tip of his tongue to the back of it. What do you think it is?
