My son has 5 or 6 white bumps on his pelvic region, it started out as one or two a few months ago and I thought it was nothing, it would dry up and go away. Now there are 5 or 6 and they are moving towards his genitals, I have no idea what it is, but he never complains about it itching or hurting.
