Sloan was invited to a birthday party sleepover the night before we had to make two plates of baked goods for her brownie bazaar. While she had fun at her festivities I was held holding the bag, so I had to make something that was festive and tasty. Ummm.....3 hours later after making cupcakes and strategically snapping off pretzel pieces, whipping over to the grocery store and sorting through the bulk bin section for certain colors of candies for reindeer eyes, noses, and mouths....I did it!
With a lot of cursing patience they were finally created. I carefully and oh so delicately brought them over to the bazaar. I lovingly placed them on the bake sale table as the ladies gushed at how cutesy they were they slapped sale sticker for $3.00 for a plate of 6 of them. Umm, what only $3.00? Did they not realize how much cursing patience went in to making these things!
