Toddler Shrugging Shoulders?
Posted by
jen2ns
My almost 3 year old daughter has been shrugging her left shoulders - is this normal for a toddler? - Tic, etc.. It just started about 3 days ago... should I wait it out and see if it goes away or should I be concerned?
