Not sure if above could be a cause, i.e., does body building supplements increase incidence of kidney infection or a stone?  I know he doesn't drink enough fluids each day.  He has a high tolerance to pain so when he tells me he is in pain, I am concerned.  Going to PCP this evening for UA and exam.
