my son is 3 months old ,he is a breastfed baby ,in his stool test with stool culture it was diagosed dat he had e coli in his stools and medication was given ,it was furazolidone and lactobacilius but still he is passin green stools with mucus and around 10-15 times a day i am worried abt kindly provide me with an answer
