So, it's Spring Break here in Smithville. I told the boys that they'd have more time to play because we wouldn't be going to school this week. They were excited about that.
Last week, I got into a conversation with Gavin's preschool teacher and another mother as I was picking Gavin up from school. I had mentioned how excited I was about Spring Break and our chance to relax a little bit more. They asked if we were just going to stay at home all week. I said, "Oh, it will be so much better than normal. We just have therapy twice that week. Gavin goes to the ENT. I go to the Ophthalmologist. I see some speech therapy patients for part of two days. And Gavin has an MRI on Friday." The two of them laughed and said that sounded like a very busy week to them.
Nope. That's what I call a break here in Smithville.
