Last week my daughter had sore and dry thtoat for a few days and then comes the runny nose and coughing right now. When I was checking her tonsils with a flashlight as usual I have recognized some tiny structures in her soft palate. She did not any fever , I am giving her Tylenol for coughs and colds and etc. She is feeling ok.What may cause that structures on her palate?Shoul I take her to a doctor?
