Skin problem

i am 27 yrs old and i had some shin problem around my back part(ass) and around hip.If the climate is cool no problem.It gives itching at night and it become very bad when climate is very hot and humidity is very high. The skin gives red with pimple like and it start spreading.It look like Pruritic Rash.
please help me..
