should i worry about my childs frequent bowel movements and urination?

recently we have noticed an increase in my child's bowel movements along with frequent urination. Is this something to be concerned with? Lately she has been having a bowel movement 3 times a day. She has been urinating as often as 8-10 times a day. What would be some causes?
