their are five small red bumps on my 10 month old nephews bodt three on the right leg one on his left elbow and one on his gentitle area and the two (on his elbow and gentitle ) has been there for about a week now and at first to me thay just looked light they were flea bites but they havent went away and more of them are popping up i am getting really concernd now does anyone have any idea what it is?
