REASONS FOR VAGINAL BLEEDING/SPOTTING IN A 10 YEAR OLD GIRL

My little girl she just turn 10 years old had some bleeding and spotting a few days ago, took her to her doctor and confirm she is having her period, but since then she has not bleed or spot on anything , is this normal?

Yes, this can be normal. Sometimes its hereditary or if women use fertility drugs to conceive it can effect the child, which could mean an earlier period in girls. But, some girls can get their periods as early as 8 years old. I would talk to your pediatrician and whatever you do do not let her be put on any kind of birth control pill.
