rash feels raised and rough with runny nose and a cough

i had phone call from the school asking me to collect my son from school as he was complaining off a headache when i collected him he vomited twice and he has a runny nose with a chesty cough and a rash all over his face but only visable on his right cheek it feels rough and is raised and red?
