hi my daughter is 15 months now she always seems to be ill , at 3 months she was admitted to hospital with severe brocholitis , she remained there on oxygen and tube feeding for a little over a week we was told , in a high number of cases of broncholitis the children go on to develop asthma .
well for the last 2 months she seems to have had persitant coughing at nightime and in the morning , wheezing even when sitting watching tv ... but she has also had a cold
i also have asthma and suffer terribly when i have a cold
i am thinking possible asthma but the doctor said he cant diagnose or treat asthma in under 5s is this right , what happens if it is asthma and she has an asthma attack at some point ?
